Christian Meditation Groups.
This consists of prayer using a Christian Mantra such as “Maranatha” or the “Jesus” prayer.  The Benedictine monk, John Main, wrote and taught about this form of prayer throughout the world, causing groups to spring up.  We currently have two groups that meet weekly for this type of prayer – one on Tuesday evening and one on Wednesday morning.

Italian Rosary Group.
Every Monday evening this group meets in the Church at 7.30pm to listen to a reading from the scriptures and pray the Rosary.  They pray for the sick, those who have died, for the needs of the Church, for religious vocations, for the Pope and for special intentions as requested. On the second Monday of the month, this is followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

The Marian Sessions/Miraculous Medal.
This encompasses a Novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and it is held on the first Saturday of the month in the home of two parishioners.  Another Novena is prayed to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm in the Prayer room in the Church, and on Thursday afternoon at 4pm in the Prayer room in the Church.

Cenacle.
This consists of a small group of people who pray the Rosary every Tuesday morning and meet every Tuesday evening for Rosary and exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
This takes place every week on a Friday evening from 7 – 8pm in the Church.
