St Anthony's Parish School

At Saint Anthony's we believe:

  • That Christ is the light for our journey
  • That our community is enriched when home, school and parish work together
  • In the uniqueness of the individual
  • In a future full of hope

The school motto "Let Your Light Shine" reflects these values and beliefs

St Anthony's is a co-educational Catholic primary school with a population of 215 students who are drawn from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

The school has been recently refurbished, with new teaching areas, a new Library,  Administration Block, new Toilet Block, new Undercroft,  and construction of storage areas. With the Federal Government's Building the Education Revolution, in the near future we will be constructing a School/Parish/Community Multipurpose Hall.

The school is committed to the provision of quality Religious Education and enjoys a rich liturgical life, which is enhanced by the link between school and parish and outreach to the wider community.

The staff provide the students with a dynamic curriculum, to promote quality teaching and learning, which is supported by a variety of extra-curricular activities. These include the Band, school excursions, live performances, visits to cultural events like the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, art and museum exhibits, Computer Studies, Science, English, and Mathematics competitions, Public Speaking Competition and a number of Inter-School Sport Competitions.
